Claiming a Listing
When you claim a charter listing, you confirm that you are the owner or an authorized representative of the business. All listing claims are reviewed before approval.
Lead Communication
Leads and inquiries are delivered via email. HookMyCharter facilitates connections between anglers and charter operators but is not responsible for agreements, communications, or outcomes between parties.
Fees & Commission
Claiming and maintaining a listing is free.
HookMyCharter only earns when you do.
HookMyCharter collects a twenty percent (20%) booking fee at the time a customer books through the platform. This amount is collected as a deposit and serves as the HookMyCharter service fee.
The remaining balance is paid directly to you by the customer at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed.
No commission or fee is charged for:
- inquiries only
- bookings arranged outside HookMyCharter
Acceptance
Submitting a listing claim confirms your agreement to these terms, including applicable commissions and payment conditions.
